Militia and Citizenship:
Militia members flag as enemies to the citizens of opposing cities when within the opposing cities borders.
– – Militia members may not freely attack opposing citizens, but may fight back if attacked by opposing citizens.
– – For example, a Calor militia member will flag as an enemy to Arbor citizens when within the borders of Arbor.

Bounty Boards:
– Bounty boards are functioning properly again and now include additional information beyond bounty. You may now view unclaimed murders, kills, deaths, and more.

– Concurrent dungeon openings have been increased to 6.
– The oldest of the 6 dungeons will be designated as being commissioned for closing by Galven and will become the “hot zone” dungeon, players who get the kill shot on creatures within that dungeon receive 30% of the normal gold drop IN THEIR BANK (this is extra gold).
– You can say [dungeons to get the towncrier’s report now to determine all currently open dungeons as well as which is currently be commissioned for closure by Galven.

Dungeon Bosses:
– Dungeon bosses have a chance (based on damage done) to obtain skill gain scrolls to those involved in defeating them and their minions.
– – Three scrolls are distributed per boss (if there are 3 or more players) and they allow you to gain 0.1 skill points for any skill the player chooses. This is distributed to the participant’s bank and is awarded regardless of whether they are alive or present in the boss room when the boss dies.

– The spell casting time has been reduced to that of a 6th circle spell; 1.75 seconds.

– Players are now revealed when opening any corpse other than their own (if you are a stealther you may want to turn off auto-opening of corpses).
– Scelus now allows for houses to be placed in it.
Tracking arrows no longer are able to persist after death.
– Players are now able to see mobiles for a few minutes immediately after death.
– Fixed an issue with where gold within containers being sold by player vendors would apply to cost of item (eg. lottery vendors).
– The Roache Duel pits can now be accessed by walking up to the entrance on the east side (basically this is the entrance for murderers.
